Congratulations to our client Edgewell who have been shortlisted in the Candidate Assessment category at this year’s In-House Recruitment Awards.
We worked closely with the personal care products provider to create a bespoke Situational Judgment Test (SJT) as part of a project transforming their hiring process.
The new assessment was designed to provide a realistic job preview to the candidates, not only helping them understand the likely situations they might face, but also to introduce them to their various brands and showcase the Edgewell culture and values.
To date, 95% of the candidates that have completed the new assessment have given positive feedback on the ease and relevance of the test during their hiring process.
One candidate stated, “I really enjoyed completing this as I have never done anything like this before. It was quick and easy to do on my phone and I loved learning about what possible situations I might face in this role. Thank you also for the feedback report which really helps me to understand my priority areas for development“.
The winners will be announced at a Gala Awards Ceremony on 30th November and we wish everyone at Edgewell the very best of luck!
